eLearning Studio has developed the Excellence Learning System (ELS), its own turnkey e-learning platform, built on Moodle: the global benchmark for open-source learning management systems.
ELS is available as a cloud-based service, with data hosted and backed up in Côte d’Ivoire, in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

The first step is to open the e-learning platform and customise it for your company:

Setting up a specific URL such as https://mylearning.votre-entreprise.ci

Securing access to the platform in conjunction with your company's IT department.

Securing emails to ensure they are delivered to trainers and learners.

Configuration of the platform: definition of basic parameters, group and user rights, implementation of gamification principles, etc.

Setting up the platform in your own colours: customising the home page, choosing the look and feel of the platform's pages,

Customisation of service emails, registration, lost password, invitation to attend a training course, etc.

Creating trainer and learner accounts
Secondly, the optional Mobile Apps for Android and iOS can also be activated and customised to match your corporate identity.
You then have an operational e-learning platform and Mobile App for Android and iOS:
administrators, trainers and employees can log in.
Training and functional support for users
on a daily basis
Managers are trained to configure and maintain the platform, manage users, allocate roles and perform the necessary technical tasks.
Then it's the turn of the trainers, who will have to learn how to publish new training modules, invite employees to discover them, monitor learning activity and progress, and so on.
There is no need to train employees: a guide is provided to help them discover and use the e-learning platform.
All trained users have access to support provided by eLearning Studio’s experts: this is available during office hours.
